Analyze and refine functional and non-functional requirements associated CIS systems for delivering the necessary technology service to AES Business.
Create and evolve technical design throughoutservice development while maintaining adherence to functional specifications and system standards, quality & performance requirements and technical constraints.
Manage lifecycle of all Empresa importante MDMincidents and ensure they are resolved satisfactorily according defined SLAs.Key Responsabilities:
Develop project rationale and perform scoping assessments to determine feasibility of Empresa importante MDM projectsHighlight/identify gaps in existing functionality and review requirements with AES stakeholdersDevelop a comprehensive MDM requirement specifications that will determine the estimate of cost, time and resources to deploy Empresa importante MDM solutionsLiaise with the Empresa importante service development team to suggest a high-level functional solutionDevelop project estimates & complete financial model (costs, savings, revenue opportunities, investment horizon, etc)Ensure that relevant AES stakeholders are involved in specification of new services and/or major Empresa importante upgrades to existing servicesCreate detailed process designs that are necessary to operate the new Empresa importante MDM service on a day-to-day basisEnsure designs produced adhere to Empresa importante architectural standards & roadmap and support the development, execution and operations of servicePeer review and sign off detailed designs by AES business key users.Ensure Empresa importante detailed designs and configuration matchhigh level designs and are traceable to requirements in AES functional specificationKnowledge, Skills and Experience:
5+ years of experience with in Empresa importante MDM solutions.Experience of analysing and breaking down problems and information using Empresa importante structured frameworks and methodologiesAdvanced command of the English languageIT related, Engineering (IT, Industrial, etc.
), Bachelor of Business Administration or similar degree.Empresa importante IS-U Certification (desirable)Analytical thinking abilities and client facing communication skills.
Vendor management skills.
