**Título**: Enabling Support Specialist - Indaiatuba/SP - 108105
As an Enabling Support Specialist at John Deere, based in Indaiatuba/SP, you will own course curriculum post development activities of technical training for students, who are primarily dealership technicians. In this role, your work will focus on ensuring delivery of high-quality training materials, enabling a consistent and positive experience for our customers. In addition, you will:
**Main Responsibilities**:
- Initiate translation process with translation team per project requirements;
- Ensure all translated files returned from translation team per project requirements;
- Perform synchronization activities of translated text with training course materials;
- Generate and integrate text to speech narration into training materials;
- Perform functionality testing of training courses and correct functionality errors;
- Ensure quality of finished translated training materials;
- Work with John Deere University team, ensuring translated language training courses and course information is available to students;
- Ensure proper naming and storage of finished training materials to repository.
**Skills You Need**:
- Degree in mechanical engineering, agricultural engineering, agronomy, administration, marketing or a similar field;
- Advanced English (broad vocabulary, good grammar, conducts meetings, argues, negotiates and provides training);
- Ability to execute project plans, meet and exceed project milestones, prioritize the work, and work through multiple projects/tasks simultaneously;
- Strong communication and relationship management skills;
- Strong, demonstrated examples of driving collaboration and inclusion;
- Ability to make sound decisions;
- Change and innovation mindset;
- Ability to work a flexible schedule (early morning/evening) when necessary to support global business needs.
