QUATRE RECURSOS HUMANOS is searching for a SALES MANAGER for the MEDICAL DEVICES INDUSTRY.
Our client is a billionaire multinational organization, with high-performance medical equipment and systems that enable clinicians to provide improved patient care.
They have a global presence in more than 100 countries and are strengthening activities in Brazilian territory with many job opportunities.
General Summary: The Sales Manager will be responsible for meeting the monthly, quarterly, and annual territory sales quotas and providing solid direction and leadership for the Brazilian sales team.
This position reports to the Global VP of Sales.
Key Responsibilities: Meet or exceed established revenue goals for the established territories in Brazil. Direct management responsibility for Sales Executives and Clinical Applications Specialists, including performance management, skill development, coaching, and mentoring of sales techniques and territory management. Direct sales responsibility for designated customer groups within a specific geographic region. Manage sales performance of direct reports involving opportunity and pipeline development, forecasting, and revenue generation. Manage and monitor communication and team effectiveness between sales, applications team, and partner sales channels. Report all product, marketplace, or staff-related matters of concern to the Global VP of Sales. Establish and nurture luminary physician relationships within the assigned territory. Attend and provide sales support for national and/or regional trade shows in which the organization and/or its distribution partners participate. Carry out miscellaneous projects as determined. Responsible and accountable for carrying out the requirements of the company's quality system. Knowledge and Experience: B.A.
or B.S.
in life sciences, business administration, or a related area, or equivalent work experience. 5-7+ years of professional outside sales experience, with a proven track record of growing sales. Previous leadership or management experience required. Strong understanding of customer and market dynamics. Experience in the life sciences industry. Experience in the medical diagnostic ultrasound arena is preferred. Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills. Excellent customer interface and presentation skills.
