Bueno Law is a queer immigration law firm assisting the LGBTQ+ community, survivors of domestic violence, victims of human trafficking, and other vulnerable clients in obtaining legal status in the United States.
We are looking for passionate, results-oriented, resilient Warriors to join our sales team.
This is a remote, full-time position with lots of opportunities for growth, and UNLIMITED earning potential!

As a Consult Sales Agent, your main responsibilities would be: Answer the phone and convert callers into clients, selling consults with our immigration attorneys; Follow up with leads from social media; Add every lead to our CRM; Follow-up with every lead; Update spreadsheets daily; Provide knowledgeable answers to clients' questions; Qualifications Fluent in English and Portuguese; Excellent communication skills; Excellent phone etiquette; Hunger for growth; Must not be afraid of rejection; Must not take things personally or be easily offended; Ambitious; Passionate about sales and changing lives; Able to overcome objections; Positive, can-do attitude; Comfortable in conflict situations and able to communicate successfully with clients and the team; Must have reliable internet, noise-cancelling headphones, and a private place to work; No experience is necessary; we will train you!

We offer competitive base pay plus commission, two weeks of paid vacation, 48 hours of paid sick leave, birthdays off, and other perks.
We follow the U.S. paid holiday schedule, and require our team to work Monday-Friday, 9am-6pm PST.
