Inglês é mandatório.Dev Support Engineer for Webtool About the Role: We are seeking a skilled Dev Support Engineer to improve our feedback response time and improve developer productivity in the team. This role would also help in improving customer satisfaction and product quality through effective communication and efficient feedback management. The Dev Support Engineer will play a critical role in ensuring customer issues are understood, categorized, and relayed to the development team in a manner that allows for efficient resolution and minimal disruption to the developers.Technical Skills Required: We are looking for someone with 5+ years of experience in building web applications using C#, .NET and Azure as well as proficiency with tools like Visual Studio, VS Code, and Git.The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with building and maintaining .NET web applications including:1- Familiarity with Visual Studio and VSCode tooling, including features like creating, managing and deploying projects.2- Experience running, debugging, testing projects in Visual Studio and VSCode.3- Proven ability to work on very large code bases.4- Understanding of the various .NET Core versions and their differences is a plus.Jobs to be Done:Engage with customers to thoroughly understand their issues and gather precise reproduction steps.Provide timely updates and solutions to customer inquiries to enhance satisfaction and trust.Assess and categorize feedback to identify actionable issues and resolve or filter out non-actionable issues through support or additional resources.Ensure well-documented and actionable issues are passed to the development team (with possible code fixes) to minimize interruptions and allow developers to focus on their core responsibilities.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline communication and feedback processes.
