You'll work alongside innovative, dedicated, and solution-oriented teammates.You'll lead and coordinate activities from the Tender phase to the Operational phase, ensuring our solutions are reliable, maintainable, and available.
Day-to-day, you'll work closely with teams across the business (Digital & Integrated Systems, Engineering, Cybersecurity, Tenders, Sourcing, Installation, Warranty & Maintenance), optimize RAM performance, and much more.You'll specifically take care of conducting RAM related activities, ensuring the correct application of standard processes, and making design recommendations, but also perform complex solution architecture analyses.We'll look to you for:Carrying out RAM-related activities in line with Quality Cost Delivery (QCD) objectivesEnsuring adherence to Alstom standard RAM Process, Methods, ToolsMaking design recommendations based on RAM studiesAnalyzing solution architectures and performing reliability and lifetime predictionsSupporting teams to integrate products and systems in projectsLeading Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and reliability growth activitiesAll about youWe value passion and attitude over experience.
