ENGENHEIRO DE INTEGRIDADE NAVAL / Marine Integrity EngineerPublished on OCTOBER 04, 2024Applications open until DECEMBER 03, 2024Responsible for the execution of Floating Structure Integrity scope of work (Hull and Tank Integrity, Marine Systems & Offloading, UWILD & Moorings), focusing on predictive maintenance, inspection, process performance and condition monitoring, and development and improvement of preventive and predictive maintenance plans in order to ensure and maximize assets reliability, availability, maintainability, safety and integrity (RAMSI), as well as contributing to the Operations procedures and results achievement established for the business.Responsibilities and assignmentsWe are looking for a professional to work as Marine Integrity Engineer in our office based in Flamengo, RJ, in an Onshore opportunity.To develop activities such as:Responsible for Marine Integrity related to FPSO internal hull structures, focusing on predictive maintenance, inspection, process performance and condition monitoring, and development and improvement of preventive and predictive maintenance plans in order to ensure and maximize assets reliability, availability, maintainability, safety and integrity (RAMSI).Contribute to fleet performance improvement and safety by analyzing MOCs (temporary and permanent), TQs (technical queries), NOIs (notification of incidents), performing RCAs/RCFAs, and providing technical recommendations in order to support the Operation team. Moreover, provide support to the offshore team on the implementation of recommendations/changes.Contribute to Maintenance Management System (CMMS) governance by updating and monitoring information regarding hierarchy, Job Description, maintenance plan.Assure that inspection and maintenance plans for Hull are developed in accordance with Industry practices, Class Rules, MdB Rules and following contractual conditions. Develop and review continuously the plans for the fleet.Manage digital twin solutions associated with Marine Integrity. Keep digital twin models updated, extract maximum value from marine integrity software, improve integrity process and increase inspection reliability, have periodical meetings with vendors, control software deficiencies.Support the offshore operations team with advice about the integrity of hull structure; in situ support shall be provided embarking as needed.Monitor the progress of activities related to the hull inspection.Monitor the results of observations and generate recommendations at the Maintenance System regarding corrosion and integrity in general.Requirements and qualificationsRequirements:Bachelor's degree in Marine Engineering/Naval Architecture. Registered by CREA (mandatory).
