Plan and monitor preventive, corrective and predictive maintenance through a system or excel spreadsheet to maintain the operation of equipment and facilities with daily control or according to an elaborate plan. Analyze technical or third-party activities for high quality standard service, through daily monitoring with follow-up report. Evaluate and approve technical or third-party activities for the issuance of invoices for the service and subsequent payment through a report or approval in the corporate system whenever necessary. Participate in inventories to control products and assets, following the company's procedure whenever requested. Comply with the company's internal rules and procedures and current legislation. Conduct training for outsourced employees periodically. When responsible for low and high voltage electrical activities, check and/or perform installations, maintenance and/or operations.
