About the job and its activities.
Working Hours
Monday to Friday, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm
Responsibilities
Make technical specification of structural, thermal and gas components for cooktops, ovens and freestandings;
Follow-up time and action plan;
Identify cost & quality opportunities within project scope;
Manage the list of Subsystem components;
Problem solving and components optimization through simulation and experiments;
Support implementation of projects;
Communication & collaboration with engineers in other sites/countries;
Guarantee time and action plan compliance for each project under his/her responsibility;
Preview and indicate opportunities and possible problems at the projects;
Develop solutions for problems identified and present concurrent designs;
Deliver on time simulations, specifications and projects;
Clear and logical information quality on presentations;
It is expected a high level of autonomy after ramp up;
The intern will use platforms such as Ansys and Creo (3D modeling);
Also, the intern will support Engineers (or even will be the focal point/leader inside Subsystem) in projects to improve quality, optimize cost or implement new technologies or innovation at Whp products.
