On-time completion of studies, designs, and develops electrical installations for automation and control.Co-owner of capex project under plant control.Owner of repairs, preventive and corrective maintenance tasks, as well as fills out the records of the tasks performed in the maintenance software.Follow up, collaboration, and coordination of work contractors for related projects.Responsible for the coordination of the work of other team members when assigned by his/her manager.Comply with all Quality and Safety procedures in force at the plant.Closely follow up with the team to get enough information to set up for the production process.Participation in the project installation of machinery and auxiliary equipment in the plant.Owner of data analyses; maintain & improve autonomous maintenance and preventive maintenance of existing machines, including machines and equipment for RCS production.Coordinate with other departments to carry out improvement work to enhance productivity and product quality.In addition to the duties listed above, the position holder must carry out tasks assigned by his/her manager.Always comply with the company's rules and protect the company's equipment and machinery.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Electromechanical/Mechanical Engineering or similar.Master's degree in Electromechanical/Mechanical Engineering or similar.Experience and Knowledge:Previous experience in a manufacturing environment – minimum of 3-4 years.Experience in protective glove is an advantage.Experience in Maintenance and Automation.Good background in engineering and manufacturing processes.Experience with AutoCAD 2D & 3D.Personal Skills & Competencies:Analytical skills and problem-solving.Ability to learn quickly and accept challenges with new product and process transfer.Equipment safety awareness.Experienced in organizing training to raise working awareness for employees and contractors to solve problems such as handling and troubleshooting equipment and machinery in the safest and most effective way.#J-18808-Ljbffr
