Eaton is looking for a Engineering Analyst based in our São José dos Campos - SP site to join our team.
He/She will be responsible for:
Design forging tools using Solid Works;
Define the conditions and process parameters for cutting, forging, heat treatment, friction welding and straightening operations;
Design forging processes;
Reduce scrap and rework in forging processes;
Analyze and interact with tool and device suppliers, aiming at optimizing the manufacturing process;
Change/Cancel manufacturing processes/operations, issuing necessary documentation;
Participate in Simultaneous Engineering and FMEA groups, developing new projects and changing existing products;
Technically support the manufacture of prototypes of new products and/or alterations to existing products;
Develop studies to:
reduce the manufacturing cycle, reduce costs and improve product quality;
Participate in forging councils with other plants around the world.

**Qualifications**:
Experience Required:
Graduated in Mechanical Engineering, Electronics, Electronics,Mechatronics, Industrial Automation and other technical courses related to manufacturing.
Knowledge and skill in forging processes (cutting, forging, welding, heat treatment and straightening);
Quality Tools:
8D, CEP, 5Whys, Ishikawa, A3, 4up;
Basic knowledge of Geometric Tolerance.
Basic knowledge of Lean Tools.
Basic knowledge in Reading and Interpreting Technical Drawing.
Fluent English language.
Experience preferred to meet position qualifications
Yellow Belt Training
A3 training
Basic knowledge in Pneumatics and Industrial Hydraulics
Autocad, Solids Work
