In this role, you will lead a small team of front-end and full-stack developers to build and ship features for front-end customer-facing applications. Key Responsibilities: • Manage a high-performance engineering team and inspire innovation, growth, and technical excellence. • Drive the technical roadmap and key deliverables of a SaaS application. • Support developing and maintaining applications using React, Next.js, Javascript/Typescript, and .NET . • Assist in the design and development of legacy and greenfield applications. • Partner with backend engineering managers, product managers, and leadership to develop across the SaaS stack. • Participate in the analysis and troubleshooting of complex issues with the team's support. What We Are Looking For: • 3–5 years of experience managing and growing high-performance engineering teams focusing on frontend and full-stack SaaS applications. • 5–10 years of experience architecting and developing frontend and/or full-stack SaaS applications. • Experience in designing software with accessibility in mind. • Excellent communication skills, both technical and non-technical, and the ability to effectively collaborate in a remote-first environment. • BS/MS in Computer Science or a related degree program. • Extensive knowledge and experience in modern frontend architecture and software development. • A willingness to learn and tackle challenges in legacy and greenfield frontend web development. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with an eagerness to understand complex issues. • A proactive approach to learning, with an interest in identifying and engaging with potential issues and solutions.
