This role involves managing a team of engineers and maintenance staff, ensuring compliance with safety standards, and coordinating preventative maintenance programs. The supervisor also addresses guest and staff maintenance requests, conducts regular inspections, and manages inventory of tools and supplies. Strong technical knowledge, leadership skills, and problem-solving abilities are essential for ensuring the hotel's operations run smoothly and efficiently.QualificationsBachelor's degree in Engineering, Facilities Management, or related field preferred.3-5 years in facility maintenance or engineering roles, with supervisory experience.Strong knowledge of building systems, HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems.Proven ability to lead and manage a team effectively.Excellent troubleshooting and decision-making skills.Strong verbal and written communication skills.Relevant certifications (e.g., HVAC, electrical) are a plus.
