In return, we promise a rewarding career with flexible working options, excellent opportunities for development and progression.Main Responsibilities:Lead projects under the responsibility of industrial engineering using project management concepts, financial monitoring and savings management;CAPEX management of the plant;Control and dimensioning of the installed production capacity in relation to demand (machine load control management);Manage the technical and behavioral skills of the engineering team in order to reduce the gaps between the supply of technical resources of the department and the operational demand;Lead and/or support studies of VSM, KAIZENs and other projects involving Lean Manufacturing;Promote the implementation of new manufacturing technologies in the market, including creating synergies with other companies in the group;Support the team in the development of new suppliers of direct material aiming at cost reduction and optimization/improvement of the production process, evaluating the supplier according to the established procedure;Lead and support projects for the development of new products and processes to be implemented in the organization, ensuring adaptation and increase in productivity, surveying all needs;Comply with Occupational Safety, Occupational Health and Environmental Protection (EHS) standards and procedures defined by law and formalized by Sandvik locally and globally, seeking to mitigate the risk of accidents and incidents as well as ensuring the integrity of the material, human and environmental assets under the organization's responsibility.Requirements:• Knowledge of ISO 9001 / ISO 14000;• Advanced English;• Quality tools (8D Process, 5W2H, Ishikawa and PDCA);• Chronoanalysis (MTM);• Complete Higher Education in Engineering.It is desirable:• Knowledge of Management System Tools (Quality, Environment, Safety);• Knowledge of AutoCAD;• Knowledge of Advanced Excel;• Knowledge of Project Management and Agile Methodology.As we seek a fair recruitment process, when a professional applies for a position, after having their resume selected, the candidate is invited to participate in an online evaluation process.
