Whether in terms of skills and knowledge, career path or location, you can grow where you are or anywhere in the world.ABOUT THE JOB• Select, lead, direct, evaluate, supervise and develop a team of professional engineers and technical managers and technical support staff to ensure that Industrial engineering operations are completed on-time, within budget, and on spec.• Ensure consistent improvement of processes and implementation of tools that enables quality in the processes and deliveries.• Ensure that business strategies and high level goals are met.• Work closely together with and support Engineering management on other E&S Sites.ABOUT YOUAbove all, you're curious.
