Although we deliver for clients of all sizes, a majority of our clientele are Fortune 500 and Fortune 1000 enterprises.What You'll Be Doing: Prospecting and Lead Generation - Proactively prospect, educate, and develop target accounts, using tools like LinkedIn, Sales Navigator, and in-person networking to create sales-ready leads and opportunities. Maintain an organized approach by managing and updating prospect statuses via CRM.Client Interaction and Relationship Building - Engage with prospects through telephone, virtual meetings, LinkedIn, emails, and in-person interactions, delivering personalized attention and goodies to cultivate strong business relationships. Utilize a consultative sales approach to uncover client pain points and demonstrate Tonic3's value.Sales Strategy and Pipeline Management - Initiate strategic conversations with key decision-makers to align Tonic3's solutions with client needs. Efficiently manage sales activities within the CRM to ensure leads progress through the sales pipeline and adhere to established KPIs and prospecting standards.Onboarding and Client Success - Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure a seamless onboarding process for new clients, fostering ongoing success and satisfaction by addressing their specific requirements and feedback.Community Engagement and Continuous Learning - Actively participate in industry events and forums to enhance Tonic3's visibility and establish new connections. Commit to ongoing learning to stay abreast of technological advancements and services, ensuring expertise in the latest industry trends and solutions.Goals of the RoleAchieve Revenue Goals - Consistently meet or exceed assigned quarterly and annual revenue targets. This includes actively tracking sales progress and making necessary adjustments to strategies to ensure success in achieving these financial objectives.Build and Maintain an Active Pipeline - Develop and sustain a rolling pipeline of 10-12 enterprise clients and/or fully funded startups. Regularly review and update the pipeline to ensure it remains robust and capable of meeting or exceeding revenue goals.Weekly Engagement Targets - Send 30 personalized outreach emails, conduct 12 follow-ups, and secure at least 3 new meetings each week. This consistent activity is crucial for maintaining momentum and ensuring a continuous stream of potential business.Monthly Networking and Prospecting Goals - Attend a minimum of two industry-specific events or participate in strategic online networking sessions each month.
