About the Role: We are seeking a skilled Business Systems Analyst to join our team and work on our enterprise data warehouse. The ideal candidate will be responsible for analyzing business requirements and designing solutions to support the enterprise data warehouse. The candidate will be responsible for working with stakeholders from various departments to identify requirements, develop use cases, and create functional specifications. The candidate should have a thorough understanding of data warehousing principles, data modeling, and data integration.
Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and document business requirements for the enterprise data warehouse.Develop use cases and functional specifications for the data warehouse.Work with IT teams to integrate data from various sources into the data warehouse.Develop and maintain documentation for the enterprise data warehouse.Ensure data quality and integrity for the enterprise data warehouse.Provide support to end-users of the enterprise data warehouse.Monitor and maintain the performance of the enterprise data warehouse.Demonstrates compliance with all bank regulations for assigned job function and applies to designated job responsibilities.May be asked to coach, mentor, or train others and teach coursework as subject matter expert.May perform other duties as assigned.About You: H.S Diploma/GEDBachelor's Degree in IT, MIS, Finance, Business, or related field.7-10 years of technical bank operations experience required.6+ years' experience with databases such as SQL Server, Oracle, or Snowflake preferred.2+ years' experience working with dimensional or relational database models preferred.Knowledge of project management with Microsoft DevOps, bank operations, Microsoft Azure, and related products.Advanced knowledge of user acceptance testing methodologies, principles, and practices.Extensive verbal and written communication skills for a variety of audiences.Ability to analyze problems of a technical nature with high accuracy and attention to detail.Ability to handle complex problems to achieve department goals.Workstyle: Fully onsite.
We offer a competitive total rewards package including base wages and comprehensive benefits. The pay range for this role is $66,976.56 to $106,312.00, dependent upon a variety of non-discriminatory factors including job-related knowledge, skills, experience, education, and geographic location.
