You should be flexible to work in shifts.
Your primary responsibilities include:Educate and document enquirers on processes whenever necessary.Provide quality customer service in every interaction.Identify, investigate, analyse, and resolve issues identified within the process.Monitor and process tickets in the ticketing system.Provide floor support for escalation and query resolution.Required education Bachelor's DegreePreferred education Master's DegreeRequired technical and professional expertise Undergraduate/Postgraduate degree (preferably MBA in HR) relevant experience in HR Contact Center in any international IT/ITES company.Good knowledge of handling queries related to HR Contact Center operations in incoming calls, chat and email.Solid knowledge of MS Excel and Word.Excellent oral and written communication skills in Spanish.Ability to anticipate potential problems and reprioritize work to meet the changing needs of clients, both internal and external; proactively follow up with key clients on resolution and action plans.Ability to think through complex issues and situations and develop robust, well-thought-out solutions that meet the company's needs.Works effectively with other people, internal customers and external suppliers and can positively influence others to solve problems and improve work processes.Excellent customer service skills - ability to communicate with all people at all levels of the organization.
