IntroductionAs a Talent Marketing Lead at IBM, you'll drive strategic talent marketing and employer branding initiatives for our most critical hiring needs. Drawing on your expertise, you'll craft data-driven solutions to attract top-tier diverse talent while exploring innovative strategies to meet global hiring demands. Working alongside cross-functional teams, you will own and execute strategic talent attraction and marketing initiatives, ensuring alignment to IBM hiring priorities, goals and target results.Your Role and ResponsibilitiesAs a Global Talent Marketing Strategist at IBM, you will lead the strategic direction and execution of talent marketing, attraction and employer branding initiatives for one of our most critical domains (business units). You will support a specific area of hiring for this domain, which drives high impact for the organization and will serve as the primary points of contact for key Talent Acquisition and HR client stakeholders who support this area of hiring. You'll work alongside a global team of Talent Marketing Specialists to drive strategic talent attraction and marketing initiatives, ensuring alignment to IBM hiring priorities, goals and target results.Responsibilities:Developing comprehensive end-to-end talent marketing campaigns and plans utilizing a diverse range of channels and methods to attract a very niche candidate pool (senior-level professionals).Maintaining a keen focus on channel/talent marketing best-practices; leveraging data and industry trends to drive innovation.Monitoring campaign performance and leveraging data-driven insights to optimize ROI and identify areas for improvement.Leading initiatives to cultivate a diverse talent pipeline by championing diversity and inclusion within talent attraction strategies.Collaborating closely with Talent Acquisition and HR client stakeholders to align strategies with evolving hiring needs.Required Technical and Professional ExpertiseOutstanding client/stakeholder management abilities, with a proven track record of building and maintaining strong client relationships with high-impact stakeholders, including those requiring a high level of engagement and nuanced communication.Corporate communications and/or PR experience, with exceptional skills in crafting and delivering executive-level presentations that are succinct, impactful, and persuasive.Extensive experience in implementing data-driven marketing and attraction solutions that drive top-of-funnel talent engagement and conversion for senior-level professional talent.Expertise in Agile project management with a strong track record of leading large-scale, high-impact initiatives within matrixed global organizations or agencies.Proven ability to develop comprehensive project plans, manage cross-functional teams and subject matter experts (SMEs), run sprint cycles, and ensure accountability for continuous optimization and delivery.Preferred Technical and Professional ExpertiseCertification in Agile methodologies (e.g., Certified ScrumMaster, PMI-ACP) is a plus.Proven ability to work independently and proactively, identifying opportunities, addressing gaps, and driving initiatives from the ground up without requiring extensive direction or prior approval.Deep knowledge of the Talent Acquisition, Recruitment Marketing, and Employer Branding landscape, ideally gained through experience at a global agency or within large-scale Global organizations.A nuanced understanding of talent landscape and trends in key markets such as US and UK (Japan a plus).
