With the goal of providing high-quality and efficient products for the packaging industry, the DuPont Cyrel business offers a wide range of technologies, including flexographic plates, platemaking equipment and specialized services.DuPont Cyrel's commitment goes beyond simply meeting customer needs; we seek to lead the market through continuous innovation and sustainable practices that promote efficiency and environmental responsibility.The DuPont Cyrel business has an open position of Equipment Service Leader, to support the Latin America region, which can be located in our Polanco - Mexico City or Alphaville - Barueri offices.Your key responsibilities will be/what you'll do:Manage the LA equipment service organization by country.Ensure that the local organizations are able to support the customer needs.Improve the equipment service cost vs revenue by country.Ensure that the equipment service strategy is aligned across LA countries.Support the LA Sales organization to increase the actual equipment service maintenance contracts and AHDOC services sales across LA in coordination with sales managers.Alignment with the LA technical & marketing strategy to increase the overall aftersales customer support by country.Leading the strategy to define service providers.Technical audit of service providers.Responsible for Profit Model development.Specification of equipment portfolio for sales projects.Internal negotiation with equipment manufacturers, service providers and DuPont internal team.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.Language skills: English and Spanish at high level is required (oral and written communication).Advanced Microsoft Excel proficiency is required.Strong experience utilizing both Salesforce and SAP systems.Experience in the flexible packaging market is required.Experience in managing specialized technical services.Knowledge of the flexographic plate engraving process and equipment (not mandatory but would be a plus).DuPont is an equal opportunity employer.
