**Requirements**:

- Degree in Mechanical Eng./ Mechatronic / Metallurgical / Materials / Welding / Chemical / Industrial;
- Welding techniques / NDT Levels;
- Desirable Welding master's degree;
- English and Spanish advance/upper-intermediate;
- Experience up to 3 years industrial in welding processes and welding plants;
- Knowledge about welded pipes (ERW and/or LSAW/SSAW);
- Manages Welding codes (ASME VIII, ASME IX, API 1104, ASME B31) and international pipe related (API 5L, API 5CT, DNV);
- Knowledge for Welding Procedures Specifications and Qualification, Heat Treatment processes (Quenching and Tempering, Annealing, Normalizing) and Steelmaking and Rolling;
- Knowledge in data analytics;
- Management of CAD and 3D software;
- Disponiblity to travel.

**Main responsibilities**:

- Process control system development;
- Technology upgrade;
- Process optimization;
- KPIs compliance;
- Welding Procedures Qualification;
- Welding Process, Product and Quality with focus on the full production cycle from development, optimization, qualification, KPIs and equipment upgrade;
- People training;
- Contact with external clients for discussion on technical queries. It's used to attend pre-production meetings;
- Needs to make a quick technology upgrade through new IT systems to have a role mainly based on preventive aspects through the analysis of typical situation.
