What will you work on:
- Support in the development of the holistic Change Management Strategy and roadmap for PBF DVC Program with multi-capability complexity in 7 Lagoas plant
- Support in the development of 7 Change Management Programs (Design, Manage, Lead, Sustain and Engage) for each capability of DVC Transformation for PMF.
With phased go-lives for each capability.
- Leading reporting and tracking of key KPIs for PBF DVC
- Implement change plan for DVC Program to address anticipated resistance points of impacted groups, using a structured approach for impact assessment and building commitment for PBF 7Lagoas plant
- Build and maintain Change Management network HRBPs, Change Management, Functional leads and Transformation by country and across sectors
- Support day to day Change Management requirements
- Provide tools and practices to support business-led programs and projects.
- Measure Change Management effectiveness
- Networking with HRBP - HR Local and SDT Leader to support DVC Program within Operating Unit
- Facilitate sessions with leaders and teams at various levels to educate them on the change process, change concepts, typical reactions to change and the basics of change leadership
Qualifications:
Who are we looking for?
- 1 year of experience in Change Management/Transformation/HR
- Language: Spanish / English fluent
- Creative problem solver who see connections in data
- Comfortable challenging views of senior leaders and providing alternative insights and/or options where required
- Ability to plan and manage change initiatives and their impact to people, processes and technology, including planning and delivery of necessary organization communications to enable the change.
