Who will you be working with?
You will work in the Finance team focusing on controlling and generating productivity in our manufacturing operations.
How will you make a difference?
- You will be the point of contact between finance and the Operations team, guiding the teams towards cost-out actions and productivity.
- You will support the Supply Chain Finance team in closing analyses, budget/forecasts plan process, control, and dissemination of productivity metrics and validation of cost-out initiatives.
- In addition, you will be responsible for the Capex plan in the Operations area (Manufacturing + Supply Chain).
What do we want to know about you?
- Degree in Finance, Accounting, or correlated areas.
- Proven experience in financial planning (FP&A).
- Advanced English.
- Ability to speak to different teams, connect finance and operations such as manufacturing, planning, fulfilment, and HQ leaders.
- Advanced level knowledge in Microsoft Excel.
- Track, review and report monthly forecasts by account, including risks & opportunities (R&O's), also supporting monthly financial closing.
- Skills in financial viability analysis.
- Knowledge of functional financial processes and understanding of manufacturing dynamics.
- Optimize processes, automate routines, flexibility and openness to continuous improvement..

- Daily interface with operations and finance teams
- Weekly contact with the global operations team to align numbers and strategy
- Management of the best result estimate, weekly reported
