JOB SUMMARYResponsible for planning, organizing, coordinating, and controlling all projects related to IT infrastructure. Leads and coordinates the Project Management Office (PMO) team. Ensures the implementation of project management processes and methodologies in line with industry best practices such as PMBOK and PRINCE2. Drives continuous improvement in project delivery performance through the application of project management tools, techniques, standards, and procedures. Develops and maintains strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Provides regular reports on project status, risks, and issues to senior management and other stakeholders. Manages the budget for IT infrastructure projects.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIESCoordinate, plan, organize, and control IT Infrastructure projects.Control projects costs and schedules and ensure they are delivered within scope, timeframe, and budget.Identify risks, problems, and issues related to IT Infrastructure projects and develop solutions to mitigate them.Lead and coordinate the Project Management Office (PMO) team.Create and maintain reports on projects progress, risks, and issues to senior management and other stakeholders.Drive continuous improvement in project delivery performance through the application of project management tools, techniques, standards, and procedures.Ensure the implementation of project management processes and methodologies in line with industry best practices such as PMBOK and PRINCE2.Manage the budget for IT infrastructure projects.Communicate effectively with senior management and other stakeholders regarding project status, risks, and issues.Other duties may be assigned by your supervisor.JOB QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTSBachelor's degree in Engineering or similar field required.5+ years of experience leading and managing teams.Proven expertise in project management methodologies and tools (PMBOK and/or PRINCE2).Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure and related technologies.Excellent communication skills.Ability to drive continuous improvement.Fluent in English.About UsThe Edenred State of mind - We are a unique company.
