Especialista de Produto e Mercado JR (Data Analyst)Job DescriptionAs a JDSMO/JDSO Product Marketing Manager at John Deere, assigned to the Indaiatuba site, you will be responsible for understanding the key business objectives and strategies of John Deere Sales and Marketing Operations (JDSMO) and John Deere Service Operations (JDSO), as well as supporting the product teams in achieving strategic business objectives. You will provide subject matter expertise and work with business owners to ensure they are engaged and supportive of the direction.ResponsibilitiesSupport product manager in ensuring features definition, acceptance criteria, and stories clearly communicate customer/stakeholder needs to the team; work with the team to clarify as necessary;Support the JDSMO and JDSO product manager and product team on requests for additional customer and process information;Perform testing and system validation of new features and in support of implementations;Support John Deere events and dealer visits;Lead and facilitate planning work in support of the product and/or overall program goals and objectives;Understand key business objectives and strategy to JDSMO and JDSO;Work with dealers and internal stakeholders to ensure engagement and support of product direction;Provide subject matter knowledge of JDSMO and JDSO to dealers and internal stakeholders;Understand and support inter-team dependencies and impediments and escalate issues when necessary.Skills You NeedBachelor's degree in Business, Management, IT or Finance;Advanced English (vocabulary, good grammar, conduct meetings, argue, negotiate and deliver training);Subject matter expertise with appropriate business system processes;Knowledge of Agile development methodologies.What Makes You Stand OutAbility to develop productive working relationships with both technical and non-technical partners and business leaders;Ability to articulate how digital solutions address business opportunities;Adaptability and a willingness to learn new processes and procedures;A working knowledge of dealer processes;Ability to conduct user interviews for solution data gathering;Ability to conduct product demos and user validation surveys;Extensive knowledge of John Deere dealer business processes;Ability and willingness to travel up to 50% domestic and international.
