Participate in a relay to mitigate RSI and/or Labor Gymnastics.
Participate in Inventories and/or improvement activities (FI-11) when requested.It is necessary to plan facility review/order work and communicate smoothly with stakeholders through meetings or emails.
Role & Responsibilities
1. Coordinate and supervise the activities of the sectors: personnel department, recruitment and
selection, positions and salaries.
2. for recruited members (new-comers), Set-up & manage the Education PGM and Caring activities.
3. Systematically monitor and analyze labor and social security legislation, making recommendations for the formulation of the institution's policies in the area of People Management, aiming at reducing conflicts in labor relations, fully complying with Labor Legislation.
4. Make and Maintain the disciplinary regime of the institution's employees, in accordance with internal rules. Supervise the implementation and maintenance of the institution's human performance evaluation system, guiding functional projections and promotions.
5. Control turn-over and absenteeism rates.
6. Manage and Monitor cases of changes in positions, promotions, transfers, dismissals and other types of personnel movements, observing the applicable rules and procedures, in order to contribute to decision-making in these matters.
7. Support the team's activities, direct the team towards Performance and outcome results.
8. Prepare internal communications and disseminate them in the company's media. Provide operational support to the realization of corporate events. Control the checklist of materials needed for corporate events.
9. Answer for the team in meetings with senior management.
10. Keep the team motivated to achieve goals. Comply with the Company's Internal Rules and Procedures.
