Role Summary:
Develop and implement work plans in order to identify, develop controls and indicators for risk management of industrial processes based on what is established in the relevant standards, regulations and methodologies, aiming at eliminating and preventing personal and material losses, ensuring established goals within policies defined with a focus on continuous improvement of the system.

- Implementation and follow-up of a risk management program through the use of applicable techniques and methodologies;
- Carry out risk assessments of industrial processes and define actions for elimination or mitigation together with operational teams, project engineering and process engineering;
- Technical Assessment of compliance with the legal requirements of standards relevant to risk management;
- Evaluation of the PGR - Risk Management Plan and Critical Scenarios, according to the applicable legislation;
- Management of Loss Prevention Tools related to Process Safety;
- Monitoring MOC (Change Management) - operational area equipment, emergency equipment, emergency brigade;
- Adopting techniques for analyzing the causes of accidents and process incidents, through established methodologies proposing preventive and corrective actions;
- Participate and monitor failure analysis meetings in order to define the main causes of failures and assist in defining corrective and preventive actions;
- Conduct internal and external audits of process safety carried out by external entities (Fire Brigade, Insurance Company, etc.), in order to ensure verification of compliance with applicable legal aspects of emergency response;
- Perform Preliminary Risk Analysis of industrial processes to meet the criteria established in the CEPRAM resolution;
- Participate in COFIC safety committee meetings with the aim of strengthening relationships, ensuring interaction in decisions in the emergency area and process safety for the Industrial Pole community and interested parties and involvement with the mutual assistance and contingency plan of the Pole;
- Participate in daily industrial management meetings with operational and support coordination/management in order to present process safety information and factory emergency response;
- Participate in internal meetings to present the schedule and evolution curve of the projects;
- Preparing, examining and approving internal documents related to risk management in order to comply with their implementation and review in accordance with applicable regulatory requirements;
- Responsible for maintaining performance indicators in order to meet established goals;
- Know and comply with the Quality, Safety, Occupational Health and Environment policies determined by the company, ensuring that the requirements and standards of the area correspond to the system adopted by the company.
**Requirements**:
To be successful in this role, it is recommended that you should have the following skills and qualifications:
- A degree in the related job field.
- At least 3 to 5 years of working exposure or experience in a similar role.
- Willing to relocate to the job location.
