**About the Team**:
The People team plays a crucial organisational role in Shopee by channeling important resources to key functions in the company — from hiring the right talents, to developing employee-focused learning initiatives, and building a supportive environment for our employees to thrive in.

- Responsible for Shopee's labor and union relations area in Brazil;
- Map and manage the labor risk matrix and prepare the action plan to mitigate risks and increase liabilities and labor contingencies;
- Negotiate collective agreements and participate in the negotiation table with employers for CCT negotiation;
- Serve the various unions and resolve conflicts;
- Implement an internal policy on union relations;
- Ensure faithful compliance with the Collective Bargaining Agreement and Collective Bargaining Agreement clauses;
- Coordinate and propose quota inspection processes (PwD and Apprentices);
- Interface and support to all HR subsystems and business areas;
- Create indicators on Union Relations;
- Application of Training and Qualification for Leaders with regard to union/labor issues.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree.
- Advanced English will be a plus;
- Desirable experience in the area;
- Knowledge of Labor Legislation;
