**Description**:
Lead site operations contributing towards improving manufacturing efficiencies by utilizing lean manufacturing and continuous improvement techniques.
**Minimum Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree in engineering (desirable);
- Six Sigma Green Belt and/or Black Belt certification (desirable);
- Manufacturing engineering experience;
- Continuous improvement experience in a manufacturing environment;
- Proficient in common lean methodologies, including: 5S, TPM, Kanban, Kaizen, PDCA, etc;
- Desirable advanced Level in English.
**Experience**:
- Experience with data analysis and data preparation, Minitab experience and Power BI (Desirable);
- Training, mentoring, and guiding team members in new processes;
- Staying up-to-date with developments in management and process optimization;
- Collaborating with other stakeholders to enhance productivity and staff satisfaction;
- Lead the visioning meeting presenting the results from each quarter;
- Experience with root cause analysis, problem solving and management of change;
- Strong communication skills, including customer interfacing experience;
- Proficiency in MS Office: Excel, Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Power BI;
- Excellent time management and organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple activities and projects;
- Facilitator of Kaizen weeks following the scope and objectives focus on reducing waste and cost.

**Key Responsibilities**:
- Implement lean manufacturing to continually improve the production process;
- Identifying opportunities for process improvement, waste removal, and cost reduction;
- Contribute to the 5S initiative to ensure that improvements are sustained and entrenched within the business;
- Host Kaizen improvement events;
- Appropriately implementing principles of governance;
- Specify deliverables, outcome indicators, and performance-measured indicators;
- Specify obstacles and ways to overcome them through continuous improvement
- Implement and follow up the actions according to Strategy Improvement Plan and ensure the deliverables of savings initiatives;
- Ensure the factory layout, both at macro and micro levels, is suitable for an efficient manufacturing process;
- Train employees on new manufacturing practices;
