Role : Finance Intern Contract : Freelance, 6 hours/day Location : Fully remote Flexibility : Total flexibility in working hours Mútua is looking for a versatile Finance Intern to join our mission-driven team.
This role is perfect for someone who's eager to dive into both strategic and operational finance tasks, supporting the backbone of a fast-growing impact-focused startup.
What You'll Do: Strategic Support : Collaborate with our leadership team on financial planning and analysis to drive Mútua's growth and mission.
Operational Support : Assist in day-to-day finance and back-office tasks, including accounting, budget tracking, reporting and contracts Backoffice Tasks : Help manage contract administration, ensure accurate financial documentation, and support compliance with financial policies.
Accounting & Bookkeeping : Keep our financial records organized and up-to-date, and work closely with our external accountants.
Ad-hoc Projects : Be ready to roll up your sleeves and contribute to special finance projects as they arise.
What We're Looking For: A proactive, detail-oriented mindset with a love for numbers and problem-solving.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to work independently in a remote environment.
Knowledge of basic accounting principles and an interest in learning more about finance operations.
Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively within a remote team.
Bonus: Prior experience or coursework in finance, accounting, or a related field.
