Area manager 5 B
- Organize the activity so as to achieve the objective set in terms of lead time, cost, quality, safety, hygiene, occupational health, the environment:
- Respect and enforce safety rules, quality and environmental regulations
- Plan and manage the activity via indicators
- Supervise and, in the event of a malfunction, take the necessary measures
- Organize and supervise the circulation of flows by liaising with those concerned
- Ensure compliance with the commitments (schedule and costs) of the area
- Optimize work organization, his/her area's processes, the means used and liaise with other departments:
- Implement actions for progress in his/her area
- Perform analyses to contribute to the implementation of progress actions to increase production performance
- Take charge of writing and updating documents in his/her area
Manage the team:
- Bring, communicate and explain to his/her team the orientations and decisions to be implemented
- Ensure a close supervision of his/her employees
- Anticipate, detect risky situations and promote the feedback of relevant information proactively
- Define objectives and evaluate the work carried out
- Develop the skills of his/her employees and guarantee their qualification
- Assist with the recruitment of employees
- Enforce the site's managerial rules
- Facilitate communication within the team and manage conflicts and tensions

- Autonomously carry out a continuous performance improvement approach in his/her area and contribute to progress beyond his/her area of activity:
- Analyze the indicators, drifts, economic levers, ideas, needs and issues of the organization.
- Carry out a regular external* watch in order to understand changes in the environment and the business.
- Carry out an operational excellence approach by detecting, communicating and proposing improvement and innovation actions, in his/her area and beyond, in terms of efficiency and profitability.
- Steer the implementation of improvement projects.
- Act as a recognized "referent*" and contribute to the development of knowledge and skills beyond his/her team:
- Provide the required training as referent for his/her activity
- Proactively share his/her expertise and feedback to make progress in issues beyond his/her scope of activity
- Be able to act as the site representative in his/her area of expertise
Manage the team:
- Propose and implement actions to handle risky situations
- Support his/her team in the changes resulting from changes in the environment and/or the site.
- Encourage internal mobility within the Group

- Efetuar os cadastros de itens clientes e fornecedores no ERP conforme recebimento da ficha de cadastro preenchida pelo solicitante.
- Suportar atividades de planejamento, aprovisionamento, fluxo logístico e de lançamentos de novos produtos
- RECEBER E AVALIAR A FICHA DE CADASTRO AVALIANDO O CORRETO PREENCHIMENTO DE REGRAS PARA O BOM FUNCIONAMENTO DO ERP, CONFORME DESCRITO EM PROCEDIMENTO.
- GARANTIR A INTEGRIDADE DA INFORMAÇÃO, COMPLETANDO O CADASTRO DO ITEM PARA CADA ETAPA DO CICLO DE VIDA DO MESMO (PILOTO, ATIVAÇÃO DO ITEM, OBSOLESCÊNCIA, ABANDONO E DESATIVAÇÃO DE UM ITEM).
- VALIDAR COM OS RESPONSÁVEIS DE CADA CAMPO DE DADOS OS VALORES A SEREM INSERIDOS NO ERP.
GARANTIR QUE CADA INFORMAÇÃO TENHA SUA DEVIDA VALIDAÇÃO
- AUXILIAR NO ESTABELECIMENTO DAS ROTINAS PARA VERIFICAÇÃO PERIÓDICA DA BASE DE DADOS, FOMENTANDO UM PROCESSO DE MELHORIA CONTÍNUA DE QUALIDADE DOS DADOS
- AUXILIAR NAS MUDANÇAS E PROJETOS DE MELHORIAS NO MDM E PLANEJAMENTO
- SUPORTAR AS ATIVIDADES SISTÊMICAS DO PLANEJAMENTO, COMO VALIDAÇÃO E APROVAÇÃO DAS ORDENS DE PRODUÇÃO, BEM COMO REPORTES E FOLLOW UPS COM OS SETORES, COMO DATAS DE LIBERAÇÃO DE PRODUTO
