The Summer Analyst Program at MUFG has a reputation for providing college students with the opportunity to participate in important projects that contribute to the overall business unit objectives. - Encourage networking with peers, managers, and bank employees - All positions are full-time - All programs last 10 - 12 weeks, but can extend beyond that time depending on the project requirements, interns availability, and business needs Position Overview Internal Audit for the Americas' (IAA) mission is to influence management to improve the Governance, Risk Management and System of Internal Control across the Bank. We provide independent and objective assurance of the effectiveness of risk management and control practices, acting as a trusted advisor to the Board of Directors, Senior Management and others. IAA is: - Innovative - A leader in Internal Audit, we continuously improve our practices, and provide an enriching environment for our team - Influential - Through the excellence of our work, we challenge the way management thinks about and responds to risk - Impactful - We deliver results that strengthen the bank's governance, risk management and internal controls You will support the IAA Managers in the execution of their audit plan, and will take part in various training opportunities, mentorship, skills development, and risk-based projects. - Strong interpersonal, analytical, and writing skills - Excellent organization, time management, and attention-to-detail - Communication skills are very important in this position and you must be able to conduct a professional dialogue clearly and concisely. - Previous intern or work experience is a plus - Majoring in: Business, Finance, Accounting and/or Audit - GPA of 3.0 or above - Proof of citizenship, U.S. residency, or authorization to work full-time for any employer
