Team Overview:
Our team is part of the Operations department at 99, focusing specifically on the driver side of the marketplace. We are responsible for designing, analyzing, and optimizing programs that enhance driver engagement and satisfaction.
As a part of our team, you will work closely with seasoned data analysts, product managers, and other cross-functional teams. You will gain hands-on experience in data analysis, contribute to strategic decision-making processes, and directly impact our driver community by helping shape programs that encourage more rides and better experiences on our platform. This role offers a unique opportunity to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment, while making meaningful contributions to our mission of improving urban mobility.
Role Responsibilities:
- Analyzing the impacts of the tests on the Marketplace metrics and assisting the teams in decision making;
- Organizing all project information and transparently communicating developments and results to other teams in the company;
- Creating SQL queries to help analyze the impact of features on business metrics;
- Assisting in collecting, processing, and analyzing data to support decision-making within the operations team;
- Developing dashboards and reports to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to driver performance and the loyalty program;
- Contributing to process optimization and workflow improvements by proposing data-driven solutions;
- Supporting the execution of A/B tests and analyze results to validate business hypotheses.
Role Qualifications:
- A strong analytical mindset and a passion for solving complex problems;
- A proactive attitude and a willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment;
- Solid foundational knowledge in data analysis tools, such as Excel, SQL, or Python;
- Effective communication skills that enable you to present data-driven insights clearly and concisely;
- An interest in technology and innovation, especially in the field of urban mobility.
