Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Intern to join our HR team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone passionate about human resources and talent management to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced and innovative environment. The Talent Acquisition Intern will support our efforts in attracting, sourcing, and retaining top talent in alignment with SHEIN's culture and values.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in the full recruitment life-cycle, including posting job openings, screening resumes, conducting initial interviews, and coordinating follow-up interviews.
Support Talent Acquisition Specialists in sourcing and pipeline management for current and future job openings.
Maintain and update our applicant tracking system (ATS) and ensure candidate records are accurate and up to date.
Participate in employer branding initiatives to ensure SHEIN's values and culture are effectively communicated to potential candidates.
Assist in organizing and participating in college recruitment events, job fairs, and community outreach programs.
Work with Talent Acquisition team on translation of different documents and policies.
Be responsible for the creation of procedures and documents related to the Talent Acquisition area.
Create written communications in different languages to engage candidates during recruitment process;
Qualifications
Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree.
Strong interest in talent acquisition and human resources.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to multi-task and prioritize effectively.
A proactive approach with a willingness to learn and take on new challenges.
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
Availability to work 100% in person in our warehouse in Guarulhos (Rua Concretex 800).
Advanced English is a plus
