Com o uso de ferramentas de análise e interação constante com diversas áreas da empresa, o profissional desempenhará um papel de correlacionar os dados internos e de mercado, para oportunidades de negócios.Algumas das atividades e projetos desta função: Apurar e divulgar os KPIs de Performance da Equipe de Vendas, de forma a evidenciar as principais oportunidades de atuação do time comercial, gestores, representantes e KA;Preparar apresentações para as reuniões gerenciais internas e com os principais clientes;Acompanhar, apurar e divulgar para o time de vendas o resultado de incentivos de vendas para os representantes comerciais.Requisitos para a função: Estudantes nas áreas de exatas, administração ou economia, preferencialmente;Capacidade analítica, incluindo o manuseio de dados de vendas;Pacote Office (Excel, Access, Power Point);Habilidades de comunicação escrita e verbal em inglês e espanhol, serão um diferencial;Relacionamento interpessoal e trabalho em equipe;Proatividade, agilidade e persuasão como pilar das informações de vendas.Joining the Stanley Black & Decker team means working in an innovative, tech-driven and highly collaborative team environment supported by over 58,000 professionals in 60 countries across the globe.
