Responsible for all matters related to Food and beverage areas: floorplans, staffing needs, production schedule, etc. Develop playbook, production schedule, and training documentation for F&B onsite freelancers. Advise on ambassador staffing needs and signage plan for F&B. Oversee onsite F&B operations on setup day and event day.Role:Pair work with PM Master and other workstream leads;Plan all F&B areas, considering all spaces inside the event with F&B.Quotes managementInternal MCI processesResponsible for event operation plan, execution and management. (F&B perspective)Organize and manage operations processes (schedules, check lists, cash and flow) - Negotiations with vendors, manage deadlines and schedules to be accomplished. Responsible for training and lead on site freelancers. (F&B perspective)Tools: "Airtable", "Planner", schedules management. "Planner" control to accomplish the tasks on deadlines (tasks schedule from weekly meetings with client).
