(Facilities perspective)Organize and manage operations processes (schedules, check lists, cash and flow) - Negotiations with vendors, manage deadlines and schedules to be accomplished. Responsible for training and lead on site freelancers. (infra structures perspective)Tools: "Airtable", "Planner", schedules management. Bring solutions.Help to built and organize the information for Site Visit and Event – Operational perspective.Job Requirements:Experience in Events Management, planning and production – preferable corporate events – Experience in Expo; Knowledge in Excel spreadsheet and PPT presentation;Advanced English and Spanish- must be able to conduct a meeting and built a presentation on both languages;Process oriented – must be an organized person and committed with schedules and deadlines;Some knowledge in planning tools, such as Planner;Lead vendors interaction and negotiation (Expo and Branding perspectives)Complementary information:Contract as PJ (salary + perks)Start in January/2025Home office with at least 2 meetings (sometimes more) per months in the office (Morumbi region).
