**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**:
- Work closely with the State Manager to develop and execute sponsorship activation strategies that align with the company's objectives.
- Serve as the daily point of contact for sponsored assets and partners, ensuring mutual benefits and strict adherence to contractual agreements.
- Coordinate sponsorship activations and events across the state of Paraná.
- Collaborate with other teams, particularly the Brand Experience team, to promote sponsorship initiatives across various channels.
- Monitor and report on sponsorship performance metrics to assess effectiveness and inform future strategies.
- Stay informed on industry trends, competitor activities, and best practices in sponsorship, activations, and brand experiences.
**QUALIFICATIONS**:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Proven experience in live marketing or sponsorship activation, preferably within the betting or sports industry.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with stakeholders.
- Ability to work collaboratively across teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency with analytics tools for measuring sponsorship effectiveness.
- Passion for sports and a strong understanding of the betting landscape.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Portuguese and English.
- Availability to work some weekends and to travel for business as needed.

Individuals diagnosed with gambling addiction, according to a diagnosis from a qualified mental health professional.
