Our dynamic Events & Experiences team is growing, and we're looking for an enthusiastic Events & Experiences Manager to take our events and brand engagements to the next level. Responsibilities:Support the end-to-end management of events, from conceptual planning through to the post-event breakdown, ensuring each element runs smoothly across both online and offline formats.Collaborate with internal teams to secure and prepare speakers, align on event content, and manage logistics for initiatives like our major annual online summit, regular educational webinars, and strategic presence at industry events.Work closely with teams across the company to ensure seamless event execution, troubleshooting issues as they arise and maintaining strong communication channels.Provide comprehensive support for all event-related activities, adapting to the needs of both online and in-person environments.You'll need: Minimum 6 years in event planning, management, or a related field, preferably with some exposure to tech or startup environments.Experience in supporting teams on large-scale online events end to end.A creative mindset and the ability to see the big picture while managing the tiny details that make an event special.Exceptional project management skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously without missing a beat.Strong communication skills to articulate vision, negotiate with vendors, and work effectively with teams across the company.Quick on your feet and comfortable with making decisions under pressure to ensure smooth event operations.High level of proficiency in written and spoken English.
