We are a global organization with close cooperation between our offices in different countries and we have high ambitions to continue to develop and grow in all our markets.**About the job**:We are looking for an Evergreen Service Delivery Manager to join our Customer Success Department to help us provide and develop future innovative solutions within Solution Operations, CloudOps and Software As a Service (SAAS).As the Evergreen Service Delivery Manager your responsible for:- Heading a team of experts within Solution Operations, Cloud ops Engineers and Quality Assurance.- Designing and implementing processes for Solution Hosting and automatic deployment of Solutions to our Customers, either On Premise or In the Cloud.- Supporting the team to analyze the impact of changed API's and technology on the customer solution.- Continuously exploring new technology to enhance the customer experience and value of service.- Ensuring that customers are kept Evergreen, running the latest version of the software on a reliant, cost efficient solution maintained with proactivity in focus.**About You**:We are looking for someone with high leadership skills and a passion for modern ways of operating and upgrading customer solutions.
