Infrastructure & Capital Projects (I&CP)
A área tem como objetivo atuar em todo o ciclo de vida de projetos de capital intensivo (grandes empreendimentos, projetos de logística, mineração, energia, O&G, entre outros).
A atuação da A&M vai desde o suporte a estruturação de projetos, participação em processos M&A relacionados a ativos de infraestrutura, passa por todas as etapas de desenvolvimento/implantação de um projeto e segue até a gestão do ativo.
Atividades
- Gerenciamento de projetos baseado nas metodologias reconhecidas de mercado AACE, PMI;
- Desenvolvimento de projetos (plano de projeto, estudos de viabilidade, análise de Capex, cronograma, modalidades contratuais, suprimentos em projetos);
- Gestão de contratos, análise de pleitos e disputas contratuais (incluindo suporte à litígios, arbitragens);
- Análise de riscos de projetos;
- Gestão Econômico-Financeira de Projetos;
- Governança, compliance e auditoria técnica de projetos;
- Gestão de Ativos;
- Gestão Interina de Projetos;
**Requisitos**:
- Vivencia em Consultoria (mandatorio)
- Experiência com excelencia operacional, gestão de processos e governança.
- Atuação como PMO (iniciante - diferencial)
- Gestão de portfolios e criação de manuais
- Conhecimento na plataforma Lean (diferencial)
