Exchange Administrator

About the Role: We are looking for an experienced professional with a focus on the administration and support of Microsoft solutions.
The ideal candidate will have solid experience in managing corporate environments, being able to deal with technologies critical to the operation and continuity of the business.
Responsibilities: Administer and maintain Exchange 2016 and Office 365 environments, ensuring platform availability and performance.
Manage and optimize Active Directory, including security policies, authentication and organizational structure.
Create, review and automate processes using PowerShell for greater efficiency and control of environments.
Provide technical support and troubleshooting at an advanced level, collaborating with other team members to achieve strategic objectives.
Participate in continuous improvement projects, migrations and system upgrades.
Requirements: Experience with Exchange 2016, including maintenance, configuration and troubleshooting.
Experience with Office 365, with a focus on identity administration, licensing and user support.
Solid experience in Active Directory, including DNS, group policies (GPOs) and authentication.
Advanced knowledge of PowerShell, with the ability to create and manage scripts for task automation and problem resolution.
Good communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team.
Preferred Skills: Microsoft certifications in areas related to the responsibilities of the position.
AWS experience is a nice to have
