Job Description: As an Engagement Manager, you will go beyond traditional administrative tasks to become an indispensable strategic partner to executives. You will optimize workflows, nurture key relationships, and facilitate strategic delegation to help executives operate at their highest potential. This role is designed for experienced Executive Assistants ready to elevate their careers by embracing a more proactive and strategic approach.
Responsibilities: Time Optimization: Implement strategies like Radical Delegation to free up significant time for the executive, allowing them to focus on high-impact tasks.
Inbox Management: Utilize techniques such as Inbox Shadowing to filter and prioritize emails, ensuring that critical communications receive prompt attention.
Strategic Partnership: Align actions with the executive's strategic goals, anticipate needs, and proactively solve problems.
Relationship Management: Enhance the executive's presence through thoughtful follow-ups, seamless scheduling, and impactful interactions.
Project Coordination: Track commitments, manage projects, and ensure follow-through on responsibilities to improve productivity and efficiency.
Requirements: Proven +4 years of experience in executive support roles with a track record of strategic partnership.
Exceptional organizational and time-management skills, capable of handling multiple priorities efficiently.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, for effective internal and external liaison.
Proficiency in leveraging technology and tools to streamline workflows and enhance productivity.
High emotional intelligence to build trust, anticipate needs, and navigate complex relationships.
