Phibro's revenues are in excess of $820 million, and are supported by over 1500 employees worldwide.The Executive Assistant based out of our BR Campinas office.Key ResponsabilitiesProvide comprehensive administrative support to the Brazil & South America President, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating travel arrangements.Provide support to the Executive Committee for meetings agenda and travel reservations.Handle confidential information with the utmost discretion and integrity.Coordinate events ensuring all details are meticulously planned and executed.Manage and prioritise incoming communications, responding on behalf of the President as appropriate.Anticipate needs and proactively address them.Conduct daily briefings and review documents for the President, highlighting urgent issues.Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders, including senior management, to ensure timely action.Prepare reports and presentations for meetings, record and distribute minutes, and follow up on action items.Assist with the preparation and management of department budget and manage purchase requisitions process.Responsible for planning, organizing and leading internal events at the request of the President, or the Executive Committee.Ensuring the archiving and safekeeping (digital or physical) of certain documents generated by the presidency.Organizing and maintaining department/office files,Responsible for the governance of the Campinas corporate office.QualificationsBachelor's degree.Proficient in English and Spanish (written and verbal)Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
