Key responsibilities include: Branding and Marketing Excellence: Conduct thorough branding overviews and collaborate on social media marketing initiatives with agencies or subcontractors.
Manage and curate engaging content on Talib & Shubhaa's social media pages, coordinating events and invitations.
Collaborate with designers to create captivating branding content for various social media platforms.
Coordinate monthly newsletters, oversee mailing lists, and analyse email reports while maintaining the CRM system.
Enhance T&S's presence and manage postings.
Oversee weekly postings on Instagram and Facebook to reinforce T&S's image and branding.
Coordinate video content creation, ensuring alignment with the marketing plan and brand design.
Effective Communication Management: Respond to online messages across social media platforms.
Handle email responses and inquiries related to course and event management.
Proactively engage with clients on WhatsApp during booking processes and provide exceptional customer care.
Website and Online Presence Management: Update T&S's website with course dates, events, and new content in collaboration with designers.
Coordinate Acuity scheduling for session bookings.
Manage online courses and in-person group productions coordination.
Collaborate with designer agencies to maintain fresh and engaging website imagery.
Implement strategic web positioning using keywords for enhanced Google search results.
Strategic Planning: Develop and execute a strategic plan for optimal course results and overall company development.
Schedule and coordinate podcasts and interviews for marketing purposes, focusing on relevant themes.
Manage coordination of blog posts, particularly those written by Talib.
Plan the balance between online work and travel destinations strategically.
Practical Support and Oversight: Coordinate plane tickets and travel plans for the annual agenda.
Provide an overview and control of the agenda, ensuring strategic planning and execution of the calendar.
Manage global bookkeeping and budgeting, sending all expenses and accounting information to the bookkeeper.
Handle various personal tasks to support overall efficiency.
Follow up with client payments and provide necessary data to the bookkeeper.
Previous Experience & Skills: Business-level proficiency in both Portuguese and English.
Have previous experience within a similar role and responsibilities at the same level.
Efficient organisational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and priorities effectively.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suit (Word, Excel, Powerpoint) and other relevant tools and systems.
