General Motors South America is lookng for an Executive Assistant to the Cruz Alta Proving Ground site, reporting to a Engineering Product Development Director.
The assignments are broad, complex and varied in nature.
May include responsibilities that extend to external customers - degree of internal vs external impact.
The assistant must provides solutions to non-routine problems of a more moderate scope and complexity, but at the same time deal with task that are more rutinary in nature.
The activities will include Calendaring, Travel arranging and Meeting coordination for Executive Comittee held at the Proving Ground.
Independent Thinking, adaptability, Judgment and Problem solving skills are required for success in this position.
The person selected must be able to work without continual supervision but with directions provided by those he/she supports.

- Experience as Director Level Assistant at Leading Companies.
- English Fluent.
- Degree in Business Adm or specific Assistant Studies.
- MS Office.
- Energy, Feels comfortable among Senior Leaders, Problem Solving, Organization & Communication Skills
