Our solution aggregates most existing enrichment tools, significantly increasing our customers' enrichment rates and data quality. You'll join the company as the 3rd employee in a team of 3 repeat entrepreneurs: Benjamin, who handles sales; Greg, who handles product and marketing; and Jean-Luc, who takes care of the technical side. We're primarily remote, with people in Europe and two cofounders based in San Fransisco. Benjamin, our CEO, is looking for an excellent assistant to support him in many administrative matters, recruitment, partner and supplier relations, and structuring processes and operating systems. Your role will be integral to the smooth running of our operations and the CEO's ability to focus on increasing our revenues. Your main responsibilities will include: Calendar, Email Management and LinkedIn Messages: Proactively manage and organize the calendar. Filter, prioritize, and respond to emails. Ensure diligent follow-up on tasks and appointments. Administrative and Financial Tasks: Ensure contractors, agencies & influencers payments via different platforms (PayPal, WISE, bank transfers). Oversee bookkeeping and manage invoices. Organize travel arrangements: booking flights, hotels, etc. Confidentiality and Interpersonal Relations: Maintain confidentiality of personal and professional information. Foster courteous and professional relationships with clients, investors, partners, and service providers. Document Preparation Support: Update presentations and create playbooks on internal processes. Assist in drafting business proposals and contracts. Prepare Monthly and quarterly reporting. Recruitment Support: Write and post job descriptions. Screen applications and organize interviews with potential candidates until we hire a dedicated HR. Desired Profile: Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant. Languages: Bilingual in French/English, comfortable with oral and written communication. Technical Skills: Proficient in office tools (Google Workspace, Notion, Slack, WhatsApp), online payment platforms, and social media management tools. Personal Qualities: Nice, Trustworthy, detail-oriented, ability to prioritize, discretion, and excellent interpersonal communication. Other Skills: Ability to draft structured documents, strong organizational sense, kindness, and responsiveness. Organization and Discipline: Ability to work remotely with high autonomy and rigorous organization.
