Deliver exceptional customer service to key stakeholder groups our organization communicates with through a high volume of daily email and phone interactions, including current clients, potential clients, centers of influence, conference planners, vendors, and more.
Actively help to keep everyone on the virtually-based team aligned, proactively looking for, identifying, and addressing potential miscommunications, dropped plates, and other potential hiccups before they happen.
Be "the glue" that helps our team communicate and collaborate effectively.
Effectively coordinate and follow through on the CEO's business activities and commitments, including managing the CEO's complex calendar of key events, conference calls, webinars, meetings, deadlines, and travel logistics.
Manage the CEO's private email box for all incoming correspondence, rerouting emails to the appropriate team member, filing emails, responding to emails when appropriate, and flagging those emails that need to be handled by the CEO directly.
Manage the company's general email inbox, responding to every email professionally, timely, and accurately.
Answer incoming calls from clients and prevent spammers from accessing the team.
Schedule, coordinate, and plan virtual and/or in-person meetings.
Create standardized, documented processes for recurring tasks.
Serve as a backup to other team members when needed, such as assisting with posting to social media accounts, proofing, and distributing written material to our clients, etc.
Pre-plan, manage, and travel in August to the "Annual Team Retreat" in Arizona.
Proficiency in ClickUp project management software is required.
