Executive Export Management Consumer Goods

Recognized for its leading brands in the consumer goods market, especially in the cleaning and home care segments, our client is going through a strong moment of international expansion. To lead this strategy, it is looking for a new Executive Export Manager, aiming to boost its presence in the global market and strengthen its brand in strategic markets.
As Executive Export Manager, you will be responsible for commercially leading exports to more than 50 countries, ensuring the sustainability of the international strategic plan through the development of new customers based on market intelligence and data analysis.
Main responsibilities:

Develop and implement sales strategies that maximize the company's presence in international markets;

Apply different marketing and risk management strategies, structuring commercial agreements according to the legal and tax particularities of each region;


Identify market opportunities and expand the customer base in target countries, managing negotiations to strengthen strategic partnerships ensuring consistent and sustainable results;


Coordinate multifunctional teams, establishing the effective execution of export projects;


Represent the company at international events and fairs, promoting its image and seeking new business opportunities.


Requirements:


Experience as an export manager in the consumer goods sector, with desirable knowledge in operating in foreign markets such as the Middle East, the Americas and Africa;


Experience in channels such as distributors, home centers and supermarkets;


Availability for international travel based in São Paulo/SP;


Advanced/fluent English and Spanish.
