You are

You will
- Benefit from professional quality equipment and innovations to ensure working comfort and greater autonomy
- Be responsible for the upkeep and cleanliness of the resort (600 to 1500 guests)
- Monitor the cleanliness of rooms and common areas, and report any malfunctions to the maintenance department.
- Know the resort inside out and work closely with the relevant departments (reception, laundry, catering).
- Manage a team of maintenance staff (30 to 50 employees)
- Anticipate and respond to different customer needs and requirements
- Schedule floor staff according to room occupancy
- Monitor stock levels, identify supply requirements and place orders with the stock and supply manager.
- Check that work is carried out to Club Med's high quality standards.
- Guarantee the quality of services, compliance with Club Med health and safety rules, and maintenance of the property.
- Unite and motivate your teams around defined objectives, and support them in their development.
